PRE-ORDER DISCLAIMER

 

MOODEAUX® will begin accepting pre-orders for the Worthy SuperCharged SkinScent™ Dry Oil Perfume Travel Pen and Worthy SuperCharged SkinScent Spray Pen Trio on January 2, 2023. Given the unique circumstances, kindly note we don't offer cancellations, returns or online store credit/exchanges on pre-orders.

 

Please note: Refunds will only be granted, under two (2) conditions: [1] if for any reason outside of our control, we are unable to process and fulfill your order; and [2] there has been an extraordinary delay in shipping, spanning greater than forty-five (45) days from the target shipment date range.

 

What is a pre-order? A pre-order is a purchase for an exclusive item that is not yet in stock.

 

Why should I pre-order? Purchasing a pre-order item helps us adhere to our Sustainability Pledge by producing exactly the right amount of stock desired while also helping to avoid sell outs. 

 

How does a pre-order work? To secure your item, full payment is due at checkout. Once produced, we will package your pre-order item(s) and hand it/them off to our parcel carriers with your selected shipping method within three (3)-five (5) business days. The exact delivery date of your pre-order item(s) is unknown; however a target shipment date range has been specified on all pre-order product pages. 

 

How do I know if an item is a pre-order? Pre-order items are marked with a “pre-order” button on applicable product pages, during checkout and through order summaries alongside with their target shipment date range. 

 

What about changes in delivery date? Because pre-order items haven’t reached our distribution facility quite yet, we unfortunately cannot guarantee the exact date they will ship. As mentioned above, each pre-order item has a target shipment date range; yet this is subject to change without prior notice.

 

If for any reason outside of our control we are unable to process and fulfill your pre-order, we will refund you for the full amount spent immediately. Likewise, we will happily honor refunds if there has been an extraordinary delay in shipping, spanning greater than forty-five (45) days from the target shipment date range.

MOODEAUX® is equipped to ship within the United States (U.S.) — excluding Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. We look forward to expanding soon, but until then, your understanding means a lot to us!

 

ORDER MODIFICATIONS AND CANCELLATIONS

 

Please note: Orders cannot be modified or cancelled after they have been handed off to our parcel carriers. This includes adding items or updating mailing addresses. 

 

If you’d like to purchase additional MOODEAUX® products, after your original order has been fulfilled, please consider placing another one. If you made an error in the input of your shipping location, please contact us immediately (within one [1] hour) at care@moodeaux.com with your full name, the email address used at checkout and your order number — we’ll do our very best to accommodate you, provided your order has not already been processed, fulfilled and left our distribution facility for shipping.

 

COSTS AND TIMING

  

MOODEAUX® has introduced *FREE Shipping on Sample Orders and Flat Rate Shipping on all orders less than $65.00. 

 

All orders, excluding pre-orders, are processed and shipped Monday-Friday from our distribution facility within three (3)-five (5) business days.

Once shipped, continental domestic orders may take up to eight (8) business days to arrive, dependent on location and the selected shipping method chosen at checkout. Military addresses can take up to ten (10) business days. 

 

Please note: Once a package is picked up and scanned in by our parcel carriers, shipping and delivery status is no longer within our control. Tracking notification emails are sent as soon as the order is processed and fulfilled, not shipped.

 

Ship time does not include order processing and fulfillment time. Please allow up to forty-eight (48) hours for tracking to go live and note that tracking for Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico addresses may take a little bit longer. 

 

SHIPPING EXCLUSIONS

 

Unfortunately, MOODEAUX® does not ship to PO Box/P.O. Box addresses. Any order with a PO Box will be cancelled; thus, please consider an alternate shipping destination when purchasing from and checking out on our site.

As always, your satisfaction is of utmost importance to us! Thus, please inspect your package upon reception and contact care@moodeaux.com immediately if the item(s) is/are defective or if you receive the wrong item(s), so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Please note: You must make us aware of your order issue no later than fifteen (15) days after receipt if your item(s) is/are defective or were fulfilled incorrectly to resolve a claim with MOODEAUX®.

RETURNED SHIPMENTS

 

Please note: If you’re unable to receive your order or have provided us with an incorrect shipping address, you will be charged for the re-shipment of any orders returned to us, as well as any additional charges MOODEAUX® incurs.

 

As stated above, kindly make sure to double-check and verify your shipping address for and on each order placed on our site. In the case your package hasn’t been returned to us, we regret that we’re unable to offer any refunds or replacements at our expense.

 

PROHIBITION CLAUSE

 

You are prohibited from selling or reselling any MOODEAUX®-labeled products you receive from us.

We reserve the right to update or change our Shipping Policy at any time, and we encourage you to check this Shipping Policy periodically. COVID-19 SAFETY AND HEALTH PROTECTION DISCLAIMER

 

Please note: Due to the nature of our fragranced body-care applications and the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, we are unable to provide returns, store credit/exchanges or refunds on (1) Starter Packs, including Samples; (2) Discovery Sets; (3) Travel-Sized Perfumes; (4) Full-Sized Perfumes; and (5) Body Care at this time.

 

RETURNS OVERVIEW

 

All MOODEAUX® products are created and sent out into the world with lots of care. While it's our sincere hope you love them as much as us, we understand things happen and minds change.

 

Thus, we have a fifteen (15)-day return policy on select offerings — which means you have fifteen (15) days after receiving your qualifying item(s) to request a return and receive a subsequent store credit/exchange or refund. 

 

Please note: After fifteen (15) days, your qualifying item(s) will only be considered for store credit/exchange and no refund will be given. 

 

SPECIFICS

 

To meet the requirements for a return, your qualifying item(s) must be (1) in the same condition that you received it/them; (2) unopened and unused, with tags if applicable; and (3) in its/their original packaging. You'll also need to provide proof of purchase with either a receipt or corresponding order number.

 

The determination about whether an item is eligible for return is made only in the sole and absolute discretion of MOODEAUX®We reserve the right to reject any items that do not comply with the conditions stated above, including items that appear used or worn upon inspection. If your qualifying item(s) is/are not accepted, it/they will be sent back to you upon request, at your expense and no store credit/exchange or refund will be granted.

 

EXCEPTIONS; NON-RETURNABLE PRODUCTS

 

All MOODEAUX® products in an order made using a coupon code, including those for a discounted or free item, are not eligible for a return, store credit/exchange or refund.

 

All MOODEAUX® products purchased while on promotion or sale, including those marked "limited-edition" or discontinued, are final sale.

 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

PROCESS

 

To start the process of an accepted return on your qualifying item(s), contact us at care@moodeaux.com with "RETURN REQUEST | YOUR ORDER #" in the subject line. We'll then email you detailed instructions (include the notes below) on how and where to send the package. Items sent back to us without first requesting and being approved for a return will not be accepted.

 

If you decide to return your qualifying item(s) to MOODEAUX®, you are responsible for the original shipping charges to you, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package (on both the original and return shipments) and the cost of returning the package to MOODEAUX®

 

Please note: This amount outlined above will be subtracted from your merchandise refund. If your qualifying item(s) is/are returned for a store credit/exchange, we will provide a return shipping label to you at no charge.

 

For returns and exchanges, take caution and prepare your qualifying item(s) in  MOODEAUX® packaging or in a well-padded envelope or box to prevent harm to the merchandise in transit. Please ensure you receive proof of postage or delivery. We are responsible for qualifying items only once they have been received by us, from you. Qualifying items lost in transit will not be treated as returned, do not qualify for store credit/an exchange and cannot be refunded.

 

Upon acceptance of your qualifying item(s) for return and after we have received the merchandise, we will process your refund via your original payment method within five (5) business days, at which time you will be notified by email. Please contact your financial institution to confirm when your refund will be issued back to your account/credit/debit card. 

 

With regard to store credit/exchanges, the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the qualifying item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Upon acceptance of merchandise for store credit/exchange, the new item will be shipped on a schedule of availability.
