Under the legislation, California residents can choose to opt out of the “sale” of their personal information to third parties. Based on the CCPA definition, “sale” refers to data collection for the purpose of creating advertising and other communications. By emailing hey@moodeaux.com with the subject line "CCPA OPT-OUT" and your full name (first, last) and zip code in the body of your email, we will no longer "sell" your personal information to third-parties. You may still see some advertising that is not directed to you based on your personal information; and we may use personal information for other purposes, such as analytics.
