The small business community is really something special. From those behind the brands to those our brands serve, I've met sooo many people bonded by a core belief of simply loving, supporting and caring for one another. Nobody's got us quite like US, and it's such a privilege to witness.
One person in particular who I've been blessed to cross paths with is Abena Boamah-Acheampong. Abena is a Ghanaian American creative entrepreneur, mental health advocate and the founder/CEO of Hanahana Beauty.
Hanahana Beauty is a consciously clean skin care and wellness brand whose mission is to disrupt the global beauty industry. Its intention is to increase accessibility, transparency and sustainability in all aspects of what it creates. From the fair sourcing of HHB's shea butter, to the creation of its homemade products, down to the responsible representation of people working with Hanahana Beauty at every end.
