One of my favorite parts about working at a startup is how quickly we're able to ideate and execute.
Recently, I've been seeing/hearing/reading a lot about people hosting fragrance "swap meets." Basically, you come and trade out items from your existing collection for something else to try and fall in love with, etc.
We've allllll bought something either on a whim or that had come highly recommended (e.g. "IG/TikTok made me buy it!") but, ultimately, just didn't turn out as expected.
Introducing...Pull Up & Swap: Swap, save and spread joy this holiday season with us! Bring your new or gently used fragrances to select MOODEAUX events and enjoy 50% off our signature scents — our steepest deal EVER.
Events will be announced here (a.k.a. MOODEAUX's blog), via email newsletter and on social media. All donated items will be gifted to neighborhood shelters helping make luxury goods more accessible to those in need.
"People can be so scared to see themselves within the people they're helping. We often don't want to acknowledge similarities — similarities including the desire for nice things — because we don't want to face the reality that each of us are just an unfortunate event away from potentially being in a similar situation. But little by little, we can help change folks' minds and warm their hearts more to the idea."
Here's how it works: Donate a travel-size fragrance, pay $15-16 ($30-32 value) for a MOODEAUX equivalent. Donate a full-size fragrance, pay $49 ($98 value) for a MOODEAUX equivalent.
